The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will lead our hiring strategies for both hourly and salaried positions, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assess workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Establish performance metrics and goals for the talent acquisition team.
- Recruitment Strategies
- Design and execute effective recruiting strategies for both hourly and salaried positions, utilizing various sourcing methods.
- Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize data to inform talent acquisition strategies and report on progress to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on talent selection.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, including universities and recruitment agencies.
- Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions.
