Responsibilities
- Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities
- Supervises leadership recruiters and maintains department goals to uphold the Company Experience for applicants, candidates, hiring managers, and team members, as measured by customer experience surveys
- Extracts and compiles data to develop competitive job offers
- Screens and selects top talent by conducting initial interviews, presenting candidates to hiring managers, gathering feedback, and constructing competitive offer packages
- Develops sourcing strategies to attract top talent using technology-based search techniques and external partnerships
- Supports and participates in recruitment events, hiring events, and conferences
Required Work Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle leadership recruitment experience
Education & Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred
