Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)
Schedule
Part-time schedule covering Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am–6:00pm, with additional weekday coverage as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, homebuyers, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage visitor check-in procedures and maintain sign-in logs
- Provide general information about the community and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Assist with light administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and email coordination
- Coordinate appointments and support the sales team as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Preferred Background
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environments is a plus
