Legal AI & Innovation Manager

A prominent national law firm is seeking a Legal AI & Innovation Manager to help attorneys use AI and emerging technology more effectively. This role focuses on integrating new tools into daily practice, streamlining workflows, and supporting legal teams in adopting innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with legal teams to explore practical ways AI and technology can improve efficiency and workflow
• Lead or support the introduction of AI-driven tools, ensuring they meet team needs and can be scaled
• Provide guidance, support, and troubleshooting to help attorneys use technology effectively
• Create and deliver training, workshops, and reference materials that demonstrate real-world applications
• Collect feedback from users to refine tools and adoption strategies
• Participate in pilot programs for new technologies and help assess outcomes
• Contribute to initiatives that improve knowledge sharing and internal efficiency across the firm

Qualifications

• Interest in AI, legal technology, or process innovation in professional services
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys and business teams
• Able to turn complex or technical concepts into practical, user-friendly guidance
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities

Education & Experience

• Advanced degree required; JD preferred
• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, innovation, knowledge management, or similar roles
• Experience supporting legal teams, whether through training, technology adoption, or process improvement, is a plus

Technical Skills

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Experience with collaboration or knowledge-sharing tools (e.g., SharePoint or similar)
• Willingness and ability to learn new technology quickly
