Executive Assistant to CEO
Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Oversee email and contacts, ensuring priorities are clear and organized
- Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings and events
- Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners
- Handle expense reports and maintain accurate records
- Anticipate needs and assist with task prioritization and follow-ups
- Support occasional personal scheduling and logistics
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven EA experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay proactive under pressure
