Job Summary:
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, financial reporting, and managing the office support team. This role also provides leadership for human resources activities and ensures efficient administrative operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close.

Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.

Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Oversee HR activities including benefits administration, employee records, onboarding, and policy implementation.

Supervise office administration and support staff.

Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Assist senior leadership with financial planning and strategy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in construction, services, or related industry.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience with HR responsibilities and office management.

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
