Financial Services Client Relations Representative
Compensation: Base compensation plus commission and bonus incentives
Growing financial services team seeking a polished, motivated professional to support top Financial Advisors with client outreach, seminar coordination, and client onboarding support.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role focused heavily on proactive outreach, appointment generation, and event support - not a passive administrative position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys talking with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance and growth opportunities.
The company is open to training the right person with strong communication skills, professionalism, and drive.
Approximately 70% of the role is focused on outbound calling, warm lead follow-up, and appointment setting.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads generated through seminars, workshops, and marketing campaigns
- Proactively schedule appointments for Financial Advisors through outbound phone outreach
- Maintain consistent follow-up activity and relationship building with prospective clients
- Support seminar and workshop events including RSVPs, registration, setup, breakdown, and event-day coordination
- Assist Advisors during events and help generate new appointment opportunities
- Help onboard new clients and maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide administrative and client support as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a sales, customer-facing, phone-based, appointment setting, or client support role preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Comfortable engaging with clients both over the phone and in person
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a performance-driven environment
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

- Mileage reimbursement provided for travel beyond normal commute distance
- Occasional evening or Saturday seminar coverage may be needed
