Senior-level warehouse leadership opportunity overseeing two local warehouse and distribution sites for a high-volume organization. This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, leadership development, cost control, vendor management, and overall warehouse performance across a large employee population and fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across two local facilities
• Lead and develop warehouse leadership teams
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and accountability
• Manage facility-related vendors, maintenance coordination, and leased equipment relationships
• Maintain strong cost control across labor, freight, and operational supplies
• Participate in vendor negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner with 3PL providers and transportation partners to improve service and reduce costs
• Support staffing initiatives, including coordination with warehouse staffing agencies
• Ensure smooth operations in a high-volume environment with large SKU counts and high daily transaction activity

Team & Environment

• Approximately 10 direct reports
• ~175 employees across warehouse operations
• Fast-paced distribution environment supporting major retail and wholesale customers
• Seasonal second-shift management coverage required on a rotating basis

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
• Experience leading large warehouse or distribution operations
• Strong background managing high-volume warehouse environments
• Experience overseeing large SKU counts and high transaction volume
• Strong operational leadership and team management skills
• Experience with freight, vendor, and cost management initiatives
• Experience working with 3PL partners preferred
• Experience with BlueCherry, AS400, or similar warehouse systems is helpful but not required
• Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
