We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material movement for our scaffolding business. The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume construction materials, implementing inventory controls, and leading warehouse teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, and dispatching scaffolding materials and equipment

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and audits

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce material loss or damage

• Coordinate logistics for material delivery to and from job sites

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, clean warehouse practices, and proper equipment handling

• Train and mentor warehouse staff in best practices, productivity, and safety protocols

• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet equipment needs and delivery timelines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in construction or scaffolding

• Strong understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse workflows

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to lift/move heavy materials and operate warehouse equipment

• Proficiency in warehouse management or ERP systems is a plus
