The Senior Designer is responsible for the end-to-end execution of design projects, providing comprehensive design services while ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This role involves collaboration with design leadership, sales, and operations to create dynamic, client-focused workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, create, present, and execute business design solutions for high-revenue clients

• Collaborate with design leadership and sales on project allocation

• Prepare client quotes and participate in bid presentations

• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely communication with clients and project teams

• Support new business development initiatives and strategic planning

• Assist with project management tasks, including order management, implementation, and installation oversight

• Facilitate post-install follow-up and punch list completion

• Exercise creative discretion to enhance client experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field

• 5+ years of contract furniture experience

• Proficiency in CET software.

• Strong knowledge of commercial furniture, ergonomic trends, plans, specifications, and construction techniques

• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required

Preferred:

• NCIDQ certification and/or ASID membership

• Project management experience

• Experience working with A&D clients

Work Environment:
Combination of office and remote work with occasional local and overnight travel. Exposure to variable environmental conditions may occur during on-site visits.
