Senior Sales Executive – Commercial Interiors
We’re seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and strengthen our brand as a leading commercial interior developer. This role focuses on new business development, client relationship management, and delivering sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and client relationships
- Execute new business and direct sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador in field and studio engagements
- Manage high-profile accounts and collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery
- Track and report sales performance metrics to guide strategic decisions
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (industry-related or business preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, or commercial real estate
- Data analysis, presentation, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
Work Environment: Office-based with occasional local or overnight travel.
