Actively pursuit new clients through means of networking, prospecting, trade shows, cold calling, warm calling, follow-up calls, etc. (think outside the box)
Join a local BNI Chapter and attend weekly meetings Follow up with current clients before, during, and after sales process
Assist other team members clients in the showroom when necessary
Check special pricing and stock with reps/suppliers, write up sales orders Smooth communication between owner, clients, warehouse, office staff for smooth procedure of business operations
