Travel: Required for industry events and trade shows
The Marketing Manager will own day-to-day marketing execution across content, email, website updates, events, and digital marketing initiatives. This is a broad role for a strong marketing generalist who enjoys building structure, keeping projects moving, and producing high-quality work across multiple channels.
As the company’s first internal marketing hire, this individual will play a key role in creating a more consistent, professional, and effective market presence. The role will work closely with leadership to execute marketing initiatives, support brand visibility, and build a strong foundation for future growth.
This position includes oversight of social media direction and content planning, with internal support already in place for routine execution.
What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day marketing execution across content, email, website updates, campaigns, and events

Help plan and maintain the company’s marketing calendar and support key initiatives throughout the year

Write and edit marketing content for email campaigns, website pages, event promotions, and other company materials

Maintain clear, consistent brand messaging across marketing channels

Create and update core marketing assets such as one-pagers, product overviews, case studies, customer stories, and promotional materials

Oversee social media direction, content planning, and performance tracking while coordinating with internal support on routine execution

Build and manage email campaigns that support brand awareness, prospect engagement, and customer communication

Maintain and update website content to keep messaging accurate, current, and aligned with company priorities

Support the creation of landing pages, campaign pages, and calls to action

Plan, coordinate, and execute approximately 20 industry events, trade shows, and expos annually

Manage event logistics including registration, materials, shipping, booth planning, and on-site coordination

Travel to events as needed to support company representation and execution

Track and report on performance across social media, email, website activity, and events

Help create simple, repeatable marketing processes and keep marketing materials and assets organized
What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, construction, or a related industry

Experience managing multiple areas of marketing, including content, digital marketing, campaigns, and events

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

A proactive, hands-on approach and comfort working independently in a growing business

Professional presence and comfort representing the company at industry events

Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry activities
Preferred Experience

Experience in construction, construction technology, workforce technology, or B2B SaaS

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, website CMS tools, and basic marketing analytics

Experience working in a small or growing company and helping build marketing structure and process
