Key Responsibilities

Manage daily communication with overseas factories, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors.

Obtain ocean freight rates and coordinate international shipments, including Customs clearance.

Arrange product inspections prior to shipment and coordinate warehouse deliveries.

Oversee import documentation, vendor payments, and Letters of Credit.

Launch new and repeat production programs with overseas partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to generate product Bills of Material and manage trim approvals.

Oversee product testing, purchase order issuance, and vendor compliance.

Partner with retail customers to coordinate orders, shipments, and invoicing.

Maintain accurate records and ensure operational processes are efficient and compliant.
Required Skills & Experience

Excel proficiency: Intermediate level; accurate and logical with numbers.

Analytical mindset: Strong math and problem-solving skills for costing, freight, and tariff billing.

Import/logistics experience: Familiarity with international shipments, Customs, freight forwarding, and vendor management.

Production coordination: Experience managing overseas manufacturing, POs, and inspections.

Retail communication: Comfortable working with large retailers and their order systems.

Highly organized communicator: Strong written and verbal communication; adept at managing high email volumes and multiple priorities.
