We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and supporting the CEO in new business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and service excellence.
Sales & Growth:
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Support proposal development and pricing strategies.
Business Development Support:
- Assist the CEO in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Track account performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development—preferably in professional services or coaching industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
