This role focuses on managing and growing existing accounts while supporting new business opportunities. You will partner closely with the Business Development team, ensuring seamless project execution and a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of commercial interiors or experience in a work environment using similar services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing projects from handoff to completion.
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities across multiple service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams—design, procurement, project management—to ensure project success.
- Provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
- Support Business Development efforts, including prospect follow-up and select new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, interior design, facility management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to occasionally work extended hours for client meetings, events, or project deadlines. - Background in office furniture, commercial interiors, or in a role directly managing or using services similar to those offered. Familiarity with the end-user perspective preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial interiors or contract furniture is a plus.
