Job Description

The ideal National Sales Executive candidate possesses a strong combination of financial acumen, sales skills, and interpersonal abilities. They should be adept at building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of financial products, while also demonstrating resilience and a results-oriented approach. 
Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals. Driven to achieve sales targets and consistently exceed expectations. 
  • Financial / Payments Knowledge:  Understanding of financial products, markets, ideally in sales of Credit Card, ACH, or related payment processing products. Integrated and technology-based solutions a plus.
  • Excellent Communication:  Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts, listen actively, and build rapport with clients. Ability to produce analysis documents, prepare professional proposals and presentations, host virtual webinars
  • Relationship Building:  Capacity to establish and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and understanding.  Empathy and the ability to understand and respond to clients' emotional needs and financial situations. Maintaining high ethical standards and building trust with clients. 

 

  • Adaptability and Resilience:  Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and overcome challenges. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills, Analytical, and Critical thinking:  Ability to address, analyze, and identify client needs and find suitable financial solutions. 
  • Enthusiasm for finance:  Genuine interest in the financial industry and a desire to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Organizational skills:  Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Persistence and drive:  Willingness and motivation to put in the necessary effort to achieve sales targets and overcome obstacles. 
  • Travel:  Willingness to travel within the United States to attend trade shows, conferences, face-to-face prospect meetings.  Travel may be up to 20% of the time. 
  • Skills:  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
