Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support customers through inbound phone interactions. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a structured, fast-paced setting.
You will handle incoming calls, assist with scheduling and general inquiries, and ensure accurate information is entered into internal systems while providing a professional and courteous experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments
- Collect and update customer information accurately in internal systems
- Respond to general questions and route issues as needed
- Use multiple computer systems while speaking with callers
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (1 yr+ preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a phone-based environment
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
