Content & Growth Lead (Marketplaces + DTC)
Build a repeatable content engine that lifts conversion and speeds experimentation across our omnichannel strategy including Amazon and DTC. Own hypotheses tests measurement.
What you’ll own
- Content strategy & execution for PDPs, storefronts, landing pages, campaigns, and ads.
- A/B testing program across marketplaces + DTC.
- Content parity & source-of-truth assets (claims, images, FAQs, benefits).
- SEO/AEO hygiene, keyword-to-creative mapping, and onsite search improvements.
- Weekly performance dashboards (CVR, AOV, RPV, ATC rate, scroll depth, bounce, test velocity, cycle time).
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Write/optimize PDPs and LPs; brief design on fast variants; QA and ship.
- Maintain SOPs, briefs, naming/taxonomy; reduce rework and cycle time.
- Partner with performance media on ad page message match and test matrices.
- Build a lightweight “what works” playbook and mentor a junior creator.
