The Senior Designer is responsible for the end-to-end execution of design projects, providing comprehensive design services while ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This role involves collaboration with design leadership, sales, and operations to create dynamic, client-focused workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage, create, present, and execute business design solutions for high-revenue clients

Collaborate with design leadership and sales on project allocation

Prepare client quotes and participate in bid presentations

Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely communication with clients and project teams

Support new business development initiatives and strategic planning

Assist with project management tasks, including order management, implementation, and installation oversight

Facilitate post-install follow-up and punch list completion

Exercise creative discretion to enhance client experiences
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field

5+ years of contract furniture experience
-
Proficiency in CET software.

Strong knowledge of commercial furniture, ergonomic trends, plans, specifications, and construction techniques

Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required
Preferred:

NCIDQ certification and/or ASID membership

Project management experience

Experience working with A&D clients
Work Environment:
Combination of office and remote work with occasional local and overnight travel. Exposure to variable environmental conditions may occur during on-site visits.
