Company is seeking a Spare Parts Administrator responsible for spare parts order fulfillment for compaction equipment as well as asphalt pavers. This individual must have high energy, capable to work in a high pace environment, and be customer service minded.
Job Duties:
- Perform the company’s customer fulfilment on professional level
- Continuous improvement of the order entry value stream.
- Receive orders from customers, processing, and delivery in SAP.
- Be efficient with exploded view diagrams
- Have good knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems & technical terminology
- Knowledge of MRP (material requirements planning) to assist in inventory management
- Master data maintenance (ERP/SAP)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- SD module know-how & experience (inquiries, quotations, order creation, order confirmations, invoices handling, maintenance of shipping conditions etc.)
- Order processing with SAP/OLP
- 3 plus years of relevant work experience
- Ability to effectively manage and maintain peer and business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust
- Team player who is solutions focused / problem solver
- Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
- Degree preferred (technical, business related)
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office applications: Excel/spreadsheet skills, competency with MSWord and PowerPoint, SAP
