SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth and strengthening our brand as a leading commercial interior developer, effectively increasing our client’s revenue and profitability. This position has no direct reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Coordination and successful execution of new business development and direct sales activities that achieve or surpass sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up to date with industry and market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities for sustainability over fluctuating market
  • Develop and leverage a strong network of relationships with key decision makers and industry influencers to foster opportunities which support a long-term strategy
  • Frequent in-field and in-studio customer engagements, effectively presenting our value proposition
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company’s values and position our services as the go to solution for commercial interiors
  • Directly manage high profile customer accounts
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service fostering long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Regularly track, analyze and report sales metrics, including prospect pipeline, revenue, profit margins, and market share, leveraging key performance indicators to monitor progress and improve personal and company’s position
  • Executes the company’s and the sales department operational strategies as well as best practices to achieve business objectives
  • Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential
  • Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in industry related field

Licensure/Certifications

  • A valid driver's license

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract furniture, related industry or sales capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs

Availability

  • (Full Time): Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands
  • Willingness to travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field

Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrated sales or contract furniture experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial interiors
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgement maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner
  • Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective
  • A strategic planner with sound technical skills, an analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
  • Ability to lead and work with peers in a team effort
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision
  • Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues and occasional local and/or overnight travel. Mode of transportation for travel typically will include automobile and plane.
