Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to the following:

• Attend Handoff meeting with sales/estimator once prospective project is signed.
• Manage Project Workflow and Schedule daily both internally and with clients.
• Own Contract Administration – read and understand all scope of work for your projects.
• Coordinate meetings among project stakeholders such as Pre-Construction Planning, Introductory and ongoing Site Visits, Client Meetings as required.
• Attend all directed and invited company meetings
• Provide accurate project updates, forecasts, and explanations for each project assigned to you. Reported on a daily basis.
• Utilize Site Docs app to perform daily site inspection and equipment inspections for the company. Must be submitted daily.
• Utilize Job Nimbus app for all project communications daily.
• Utilize Company Cam for all photo documentation daily.
• Provide consistent communication with each client on your assigned projects.
• Build and review materials list and purchase orders for accuracy with PM. 
• Manage and coordinate all communication and work with all inhouse staff, crews, & subcontractors.
• Direct team members in different departments to schedule inspections, pick up/drop off permits, pick up/drop off roofing equipment and materials, coordinate tasks with field supervisors and other employees.
• Quality Control checks for each assigned job daily
• Help PM build client carpentry / change order log daily with supporting documentation. 

 
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS, but are not limited to the following:

• Good communicator, must be able to email, text message, and phone call. 
• Organized, detailed and thorough in planning and execution.

Pays special attention to details and quality control. 

• Team / role / substitute player that will do whatever needs to be done to get the project completed.
• Possesses a high set of moral and ethical standards both in business dealings and in 
• Can sold problems on the field 

Can make recommendations for unique flashing details 

• Outgoing personality easy to talk to
• Can multi-task and is a self-starter
