About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced hybrid Project Manager / Site Superintendent to oversee light residential and commercial roofing projects in the Palm Beach area, with a strong emphasis on full new replacement roofing scopes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands both the administrative and field execution sides of construction and can seamlessly switch between jobsite supervision and project management duties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
• Supervise onsite crews and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, materials procurement, and client communications.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control, and punch list walks.
• Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and permitting authorities as needed.
• Ensure all roofing installations comply with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in roofing project management and/or site supervision.
• Proven experience in roofing systems (shingles, tile, metal panels, TPO, Torch, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of local building codes in Palm Beach County.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Company Cam, Job Nimbus) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for company truck or must have reliable truck transportation.

Preferred Certifications (not required but a plus):

• OSHA 30
• GAF, Carlise, Soprema, FIberTIte, and other roofing manufacturer certifications
