Our digital marketing agency is seeking a Growth Development Representative who specializes in identifying and generating new business opportunities using modern sales intelligence tools and strategic outbound engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of market research, sales intelligence, and business development. The ideal candidate is analytical and skilled at identifying companies showing signals that they may benefit from advanced digital marketing services. Think “growth researcher + outbound connector.”
You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, initiating conversations, and introducing qualified prospects to our Head of Sales.

Growth Development Representative Core Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify companies that may benefit from our digital marketing services by leveraging a combination of research, data tools, and market signals.
Sales Intelligence & Prospect Research: Use modern sales intelligence platforms to surface qualified leads and build targeted prospect lists. Typical tools may include: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, Targeted Forums & Networks, etc.
Develop weekly pipelines of high-potential target companies and decision makers
Strategic Outbound Engagement: Initiate conversations with qualified prospects through:
LinkedIn outreach
Targeted email outreach
Warm Introductions
Industry engagement
The objective is to generate qualified meetings for the VP of Sales.
Lead Qualification: Before scheduling meetings, validate that opportunities meet baseline criteria to ensure our sales leadership spends time with high-potential prospects.
CRM & Pipeline Visibility: Maintain organized records of research, outreach activity, and opportunity status in the CRM.
Provide insight into industries showing increased opportunity and emerging market trends.
Growth Development Representative (Sales Intelligence & Outbound) Job Requirements
2+ years in roles such as:
- Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR)
- Outbound prospecting
- Business development
- Sales intelligence or revenue operations
- Agency business development
- Experience working with marketing/professional services or digital agencies is a strong plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with outbound engagement.
- Fluent with modern sales intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
- Highly organized and self-directed.
- Strong written communication skills.
